This is the type of fan we're dealing with. A 2010's type that expects results instantly. Not even a full recruiting cycle in and we're calling for his head? Wtf?? No coach is gonna wanna come here with that absurd thinking. WTF did you expect them to do this year with these players?

Now Mills has shown a couple red flags already, he doesn't seem to change any game plans and his offensive strategy (if there is one) looks bleak at best, but to be calling for the guy's job 8 months in is not only moronic but just flat-out incompetent (financially speaking).
